Privacy Policy
Moqa helps you prepare for the official Georgian citizenship test. This page explains what we keep about you, why, and how to have it removed. We do not sell your data and we show no ads.

Who we are
Moqa is operated by Shemo LLC (identification number 406176043), K.Tsamebuli Avenue 67a, Apt. 74, Tbilisi 0144, Georgia — the controller of your personal data. Questions about privacy: hello@spilora.app.
What we collect
Account. Your e-mail address and name, and the ID of the account you sign in with: Google, Telegram (user ID and username) or an e-mail link or password. We also record when the account was created and when you last signed in. If you practise as a guest, we create an anonymous ID instead.
Study data. Your test results, the answers you gave, your history and statistics — so your progress is saved between devices.
Subscription. Your plan, its dates, the order number and the payment status. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page; we never receive or store them.
Referrals. Your referral code and which account invited which, so that rewards go to the right person.
AI coach (Premium only). When you ask for an analysis, your results and answers are sent to Google's Gemini model to write it, and we count how many analyses you have used.
Security. Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise checks that requests come from the real app and not from a bot. It reads technical signals from your browser or device.
On your device. Your theme, language, a referral code you arrived with, and a cached copy of your history are kept in the browser's local storage. We set no advertising or analytics cookies, and Moqa contains no analytics or advertising tracking.
Why we use it
To run the service you asked for: sign-in, saving and showing your progress, providing and renewing your subscription, the AI coach, support and refunds. To keep the service safe from abuse. Nothing else — no profiling for advertising and no sale of data.
Who processes it for us
Google (Firebase: sign-in, database, server functions and hosting; Gemini AI; reCAPTCHA). Polar (polar.sh), the merchant of record for payments. Telegram, if you use Moqa inside Telegram or sign in with it — subscription notices may then reach you as a Telegram message. Each processes the data only to provide its service. Their servers may be outside Georgia.
How long we keep it
While your account exists. When you ask us to delete it, your account, study data and referrals are erased within 30 days. Payment records can be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or have your account and all its data deleted. Write to hello@spilora.app from the address on the account (Telegram users: include your Telegram username). We answer within 30 days.
Children
Moqa is meant for adults preparing for the citizenship exam and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
